  • Favorite Cuisine: Mama's Homecookin' :-) (Organic, low glycemic, whole foods), Tex-Mex (way different from *real* Mexican food), Chinese, Italian, Seafood.
  • Favorite Dishes: Homemade and healthy: Beef stroganoff, creamy chicken and vegatables (delicious!), garlic bread.
  • Favorite Desserts: Again, homemade and healthy (I almost hate to eat out anymore!): Pecan Pie Muffins (have been coined as "to die for"), Mini Cheesecakes, Blackberry and Peach Coblers. Almost anything chocolate.
  • Favorite Drinks: Water, Milk and Limu :-)
  • Favorite Junk Foods: Hmmm, I keep thinking I want something that I used to really enjoy, like brownies and blue bell ice cream from DP, but it's just not that good anymore. But there is one place I don't think I'll ever get over: Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo. Funnel Cakes, Strawberry Shortcake, Giant Chocolate Cookie S'mores...can you tell my downfall is desserts?
  • Best meal ever: That's hard; maybe a few years back when we went to Horn Creek, Colorado for a group family ski trip. The chef stuffed us with delicious meals every night. But you just can't hardly beat my mama's cookin'. And I'm not just saying that because I'm prejudice. Even strangers love her cooking. She has a gift for it I think.
